Monitoring:
Remote monitoring helps us to identify and resolve problems without delay. Initial monitoring of the system takes place free of charge to maximise accuracy configuration whilst the system is bedding-in. Ongoing monitoring, to check network integrity and continued performance of the counters can be purchased if you are not in a position to check the counts on a regular basis yourselves – please ask our Sales Team for a quotation.

Once your RECAP system is installed and running you can rest assured that it will continue to provide accurate counts day in day out. Through remote access our engineers can regularly monitor the overall functionality and accuracy of your people counting system. Should any problems occur, whenever possible, we will be able to rectify problems through remote access.

Support & Maintenance

Support & maintenance for the RECAP System is free for the first 12 months from the date of installation, subject to our standard Terms & Conditions. Further support can be purchased on an annual basis – please contact our Sales Team for more information.

RECAP has been successfully installed in a variety of market sectors in many different configurations & environmental conditions.
